This Servolift
Eastern Tray Delivery System is designed as a hot/cold tray
transport cabinet. The cabinet, rack and dolly are ruggedly
constructed for heavy duty use and for optimum performance in the
delivery of pre-trayed hot/cold meals.
Model 2-190068JF Heated Tray Delivery Cart- All welded aluminum
frame with stainless steel panels. Two fully insulated compartments
with one 1900W heater. Latches provided for security. The unit is
mounted on six 6" diameter, heavy duty polyurethane casters, 2
fixed and 4 swivel and wrap-around vinyl bumper.
Model S-5887-B Refrigerated Tray Delivery Cart- All welded
construction. Stainless steel exterior. Two compartments with
stainless tray slides to accommodate (18) 14" x 18" trays
or (36) 10" x 14" trays. Unit is mounted on four 5"
diameter, heavy duty swivel casters with extended wrap-around
bumper. A 1/4 H.P., 120V (5.8 amps) 1 phase fan cooled condensing
unit to maintain a temperature of 38°F.
